Title: NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Northwest Suburban Illinois
The ideal candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to build relationships, identify their needs to capture incremental revenue opportunities for the company. With marketing our products and services within the Condo/Town House Associations and Property Management Companies.
Previous experience with Condo/Town House Associations and Property Management Companies is beneficial.
Professional presentation skills, aggressive and creative individual with outstanding public relations, the ability to communicate with articulate verbal and written skills.
Administrative skills will include computer experience in Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook. Working schedule includes to ability to work required evenings. Duties will include serving as a chamber board member representative for the company.
